We appreciate that resourcing costs are important to all companies, but not the most critical factor in the search for talented staff. Our approach to resourcing ensures that there is a close match between candidates' skills and aspirations, and the opportunities generated in each role.

The obvious benefit here is that in so doing we halt the potential for spiralling costs within the resourcing budget. We as Consultants are very effective 'gate-keepers' for our Clients.  Similarly we would never simply ask a candidate to attend an interview, unless it was consistent with their personality, abilities and ambitions.

Although issues pertaining to compensation and benefits are important we know that the retention of staff is achieved through factors such as access to training opportunities, and the genuine sense of self-worth and mutual appreciation each of us receive from individual colleagues.

All our Consultants recognize that we are not driven by processes per-se and that IT systems are an adjunct to best practise rather than a substitute.  At the heart of our thinking is the determination to expand and consolidate ever closer working relationships in the knowledge that Candidates and Clients have the potential to move from one category to the other as our business ethics reflect the dynamism and huge potential within each of our lives.
